Dishonest wording on website, horrible customer service
Paul Reed Smith Guitar Factory Tour的点评
点评：The website was not marked clearly that there is no chance for walk ins to get on the tour. In fact - the wording is “reservations are on a first come, first served basis”, which implies that it is whoever comes first that can make the tour. It does say that it doesn’t ensure availability - but there is a chance.
But upon arrival- as international travelers who have flown across the world to be in the US on our honeymoon and drove hours out to come here- the woman at the counter Beth, said that it is first come first serve “to reserve online”. I asked if we can perhaps wait and see if people don’t show up to join the tour- and her attitude was snooty, discourteous and just plain rude.
Furthermore, her “rules” made no sense- that a no show is considered as an attending and even if we waited for over an hour into the tour- it’s considered as though that spot is taken, which is ridiculous considering the demand for this tour. And no one has an incentive to update.. as the tour itself is inexpensive.
All of this would have been fine and well had it been clearly written anywhere on the website - that there is no chance to join a tour if you haven’t booked months in advance.
I’m not sure how the tour itself would have been- but Beth’s attitude alone was enough to ruin our experience there.
So definitely don’t bother coming here if you don’t have a reservation- maybe the way they word it is a trick to get you to come to their gift shop… which is just a few t shirts and couple guitars on display. There is count on to do here.
