点评:A friend brought a Taylors Riesling for dinner one night, very nice. I decided I would do an order, online, which proved to be more difficult than it should have been with an all-over-the-place website and wines which were not in stock. Completed an order but there was no place to put special instructions so I sent an email sayin I didn't want delivery until about 3 weeks later (we were about to go away and early delivery would have resulted in the wine sitting in the sun for 3 weeks) and asking them to acknowledge my email. Three days later I had not had acknowledgement (although I had an email saying my order was being prepared) so I rang the company and spoke to Jemma (I think??) and told her about the email. "Oh, I don't know where they go" she said but said she could stop the delivery. After I ended the call I received another email from the Post Office saying the delivery was on its way so I rang again and was once again advised the delivery could be stopped. During my holiday I was advised by text message that the wine had been delivered. When we arrived home a neighbour had left a note that she had taken the wine to her home though we don't know how long it had been sitting in the sun. I think it was a simple enough request and very poor service. I've yet to taste the wine. This was not a good start for a new member.
