Very unprofessional and unreliable company
12Go的点评
点评：I used the 12Go platform to book a minibus from Tbilisi, Georgia to Dilijan, Armenia. I also paid extra for the SMS service and premium support. Despite booking 24 hours in advance, I was not provided with the vehicle number. When I contacted customer care, they simply told me to read the ticket and figure it out myself.
Eventually, I managed to contact the local transport company directly, but they refused to pick me up since 12Go had only informed them 10 minutes before departure. The only way I could travel was by personally negotiating with them. Customer care responded to me only once and then stopped replying altogether. They did not even refund me for the premium service.
This is a very unreliable and unprofessional company. It is better to use local travel options than rely on 12Go.
