点评：🚩🚩🚩🚩 Sightseeing top - organizer flop!
- 2 days before the trip (before I booked) I was told that only 4 people had booked so far and that I would be the 5th person. A maximum of 10 people are allowed.
In the end we were 14 people!
- When we booked we were told 1,000php deposit, balance (13,000php) at the port.
One day before departure we were asked if we were at the hotel at 5pm, they want to come by and take the balance.
I asked the reason (to get groceries in Puerto princessa in advance), because something else was agreed and I have a bad feeling about it and no guarantee, so it wasn't just me who refused.
It's not our problem, I thought to myself... but then unfortunately it became our problem...
- There wasn't enough food at all, there was never anything left over. First come, first served. Once I got out of the shower 5 minutes too late, there was already no food left. It was just a fight with the other people..
On the last day they even ran out of food and another organizer had to cook for us.
- The tour guide was the worst in my life. He never independently informed us which island we were on, how long we were allowed to stay there or when we had to be back at the boat. I then told him in private that this was the right thing to do, otherwise half of us would be back on the boat after an hour and the rest of the crew would have to be found on the island among the other tourists. Unfortunately, he didn't listened.
He only communicated when he has been asked.
He also never came into the water with us, which is quite unusual for a tour guide on a boat and didn't know the "insiders" either/ couldn't really answer our questions (where is the best place to snorkel/ where are any strong drifts etc.). On the last evening I found out that he is a non-swimmer!!!
So you can't even count on help there either.
In addition, he either doesn't care about the environment or is not well trained (he watched how some tourists touched starfish to take pictures). When a lady on the boat asked him about it, he said it once but that was it.
Tip: The tour guide should go to El Nido, for example, and be properly trained and take a swimming course.
- There were perfectly spaced life jackets ONLY for the tourists and not for the staff (including non-swimmers on board, mind you❗)
- Nothing was organized and it was very chaotic. Even the overnight stays on the respective islands were organized spontaneously.
- Tents for couples were already prepared, but NEVER for the two solo travelers from the group!
It was always a struggle as to which tents we would get (as if it was a surprise, even though we had booked in advance) and there was also a big difference in the mattresses. The couples had the comfortable mattresses, the solo travelers were supposed to sleep on a very thin mat. I don't like the differences, because after all we have paid the same amount‼️
You should definitely stand on your hind feet.
My tent was often only ready at sunset/ shortly before dinner. Everyone else had long since settled in and was already freshly showered at dinner while we were still waiting for the solo tents to be prepaired..
•I was assured that I would have my own tent and that I wouldn't have to share it with anyone else. ➡️On the second day they just wanted to decide that I should sleep in a big tent with 5 strangers‼️ I fought back and showed the chat with the owner Helen that I was assured a single tent. I was able to get my way. The next morning I went to the big tent to see what it looked like inside. There were 3 small double beds🤣🤣 I don't know how they had imagined it...
- Toilets and showers were underground. There were only 2 toilets and showers on each island.
Man/woman all together... ➡️You must imagine that these are the same facilities used by *ALL* the tourists (including all the tours) who stayed on the island all day. And *NO* it was not cleaned in between. Oh yes, the water tank was often empty when it was finally your turn, so if you were lucky you were allowed to shower with a bucket.

- 救生衣间隔完美，仅供游客使用，不适合工作人员（包括船上不会游泳的人，请注意❗）

- 情侣帐篷已经准备好了，但从来没有为团体中的两个单独旅行者准备好！
对于我们能得到哪些帐篷总是很纠结（就好像这是一个惊喜，即使我们提前预订了）而且床垫也有很大的不同。情侣们有舒适的床垫，独行旅客则应该睡在非常薄的垫子上。我不喜欢这种差异，因为毕竟我们付了同样的钱‼️

我的帐篷通常只在日落时/晚饭前不久准备好。其他人早已安顿下来，晚餐时已经洗漱完毕，而我们还在等待单独的帐篷准备好。
•我得到保证，我将拥有自己的帐篷，并且不必与其他人共用。 ➡️第二天他们只是想决定我应该和5个陌生人一起睡在一个大帐篷里！我能够如愿以偿。第二天早上，我去了大帐篷，想看看里面是什么样子。有3张小双人床🤣🤣我不知道他们是怎么想象的......
- 厕所和淋浴在地下。每个岛上只有2个厕所和淋浴。
男人/女人在一起...... ➡️你必须想象这些是*所有*在岛上呆了一整天的游客（包括所有旅行团）使用的相同设施。 *不*中间没有清洁。哦，是的，当终于轮到你的时候，水箱通常是空的，所以如果你幸运的话，你可以用水桶洗澡。
