点评：So lets start with we went with our family over 400 dollars on a group rate. We asked how the times worked they said they are assigned to keep the crowds down. So in we go. Along with toms of people saying they were 9am. It was so crowded, we were ran into, treated rude had folks rushing when we wanted to take pictures. I have been here the last two years and will never go again! You raised your prices and packed us in there like rats. My foot got stopped on 3 times my toe is purple. Then we atleaat hope for cute pictures but nope they rushed it so much its not all that. Then I got build a bears 138 dollars worth trying to atleaat give my grandkids something. I should of looked at the cost apparently I got charged for three grinches, but I only bought 2? So we head out bit go look at the last little room it use to be outside, atleaset the 27 dollar tube slides were unlimited. So after I see the doctor amd dispute the extra charge i will be going to the BBB! Bottom line for that price it should not be that crowded it only takes about 30 minutes so if Im not getting through the line until 9:35 why were there about 50 9am people just going in. Not that they check time one lady said they had 12 but needed to come early. Most expensive rushed miserable thing ever. I will ne seeking a full refund at the least. We get busy but again never has it been like this and the falsified the rules!
