Dangerous, Disrespectful and Deeply Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs

点评：I went on a 3-day tour with this company, and it was without question the most dangerous and distressing travel experience I’ve ever had.
On Day 1, we were sent out on a small, unequipped boat during a thunderstorm, despite the obvious risk. There were no life jackets on board, and the boat was not suited to handle the severe weather. The river was rough, rain was pouring, lightning was striking nearby — and we genuinely feared for our lives. Every single item we brought with us was soaked, including clothes and electronics, on the very first day of the trip.
When we arrived at the Homestay, things only got worse. It was extremely unsanitary and not fit for guests — no shower, a hole in the ground as a toilet, and not even basic cleanliness. This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered.
On Day 2, we decided to cut the trip short out of fear for our safety and returned to the tour office. When we tried to request a refund for the unused portion of the trip, we were met with aggression and denial by Mr. Mang, the owner. He shouted, laughed in our faces, and refused to take any responsibility for sending us out in unsafe conditions. What shocked me most was that he only listened to the men in our group — refusing to acknowledge or respect anything the women said, displaying clear misogynistic behavior.
The only positive was our tour guide, Pai, who was kind, attentive, and did his best to look after us despite the poor conditions and lack of support from the company.
