Pros - picked up a clean car, options were limited but reasonable.
Car was new and in good shape so no problems with the car.
Refund was prompt and without follow up. 👍
Cons- efficiency at car booking counter at airport needs to improve. After paying and driving off with the car, somebody calls saying they forgot to take the security deposit and wants us to come back. When asked to give a bank detail for paying the security, we are told that cannot be given.
The person who took the car back Hritik was extremely nice and polite.
While returning, was informed of new rules. You have to return the car 250 mts from the airport and then walk your way. Strange. They cannot come and pick up the car at the airport. For drop off before 6-15 am, additional charges to be paid. Not explained while booking.
The call centre staff are not customer friendly. “ cannot be done”, “not possible” are standard replies I got when I said how do I walk back with luggage and in the rain? These need improvement.
Goicar management - you have a good model and you have a good operation -good cars etc - don’t ruin it due to lack of customer focus. You are expensive, that is okay provided we will pay provided we get positive service.
Consider the following services at extra charges - picking up from different locations and dropping at airport if the customer, drop off points arrangements with different hotels in the city so that one can take a taxi back to the airport or the next destination.
