Goicar Car Rental的点评
点评：Had a nice experience with GoiCar. Had booked a Swift VXI Car recently from their Manohar International Airport Booking Counter at Goa for 4 days. The booking process was smooth and every charges/ terms & conditions were explained nicely by the staff out there. The Airport transfers to and from the Car pick up/ drop off point (parking area) were also smooth and well coordinated by their staff driver Satyban, a very polite person. The pick up and drop off process of the car from the parking area were also well managed by their staff driver Altaf, a well behaved professional.
The Car was also nice except that it had multiple dents and scratches on its body, seat covers torn at few places and few damaged plastic parts on the dashboard. However the drive was smooth, hassle free and without any mechanical problem.
The refund of security deposit of Rs 5000 was also very promp as being assured. Got the refund credited to my bank account within 2 days of dropping off the vehicle.
The only drawback, that I had noticed that you need to book the car from the Airport, without inspecting it and thereafter it needs to be picked up from the parking area. Had I had the option of inspecting the car at the time of booking, I perhaps, would have avoided opting for the 'collision damage waiver' which cost me an additional Rs 2000, as the car was having multiple pre existing damages on its body.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and I am quite satisfied. Highly recommended.
