Polite but wouldn't say they go out of their way to help with questions

点评：Coming to Svalbard needs a lot of planning as there is a lot to do but things get booked up fast.
The website is pretty good and does show you most excursions or activities you can do with good descriptions.
However, when you get over 6 or 7 which look the same and quote the same itinerary I emailed them and asked for some assistance as to which ones are the most popular or would be recommended over a 4 day stay i literally got a stock answer of visit our website!

Having left one day free to do other things I went into the shop in person to find out more information about specific activities. I was the only one there and time wasn't really an issue. I thought.
I was simply taken to a computer with their website on and told to look on there.
Something I had done a dozen times prior to coming and gained nothing.
Although staff member was polite, I was left feeling like conversation was too much trouble and I was in the way.
The stars are for the website....certainly not the service.
