点评：Namma trip website does not give provision to cancel or make alterations once paid.
They furnish few contact numbers which when we attempt to call will mostly be not picked.There is absolutely no contact from nammatrip after payment and you get a call only on the day of the trip which is ridiculous.
I found it really irritating when we dont have provision to cancel due to emergency or reschedule.
Finally a day before the trip,one guy replied to whatsapp message and routed me to another guy and then he routed me to some other guy.
Then they finally mentioned they cannot cancel as it has to be done before 15 days.
This i found it stupid.
They allow us to book 10 days before the trip and they say we cannot within 15 days prior to the trip.Overall they dont even refund any part of money and i ended up losing 5500 for nothing.
Overall a very bad experience.
