Pathetic , unprofessional and untrustworthy trek agency.Please avoid .

点评：Absolutely pathetic and unbecoming of a trek operator.First alert is they do not respond to repeated calls on any of their listed mobile numbers.Finally when they respond once a while,they ask customers to call back later instead of offering to call back.
Enquiry for Skandagiri trek was a big failure and disaster with the concerned person Sindhu being absolutely poor and pathetic in responding to calls and messages.
If at all they were not conducting the trek, it could have been told straight away instead of unprofessional way of not responding to calls and messages.
They have a major attitude in discussing the trek details and offer to share the details thru WhatsApp but again needs many reminders.Finally basic incomplete details are shared and then they stop responding to queries for finalising the booking. Really wonder if such an agency will ever conduct a trek at all and if so,with what professional trust.With this kind of deficient and extremely poor response to a booking ,it definitely smacks of untrustworthy and unprofessional operations.
Please get a thorough check done before booking through this agency.Definitely not at all recommended.
