点评：An unrivalled birthday treat. I’ve still not landed!!
And it wasn’t just the flight – although Rats made sure it was truly unforgettable; he was brilliant – it was the whole package. You all looked after myself and my family so well. From opening my ticket (half an hour before the briefing) through the briefing, preparation for the flight, flight and debrief, the quality was excellent. All the staff were so nice and attentive - as well as being knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The attention to detail – the beautiful branding on the USB stick and it’s little box, for example – was outstanding. Not only do I have a lasting memory of the day, but I have beautiful souvenirs too.
Not feeling rushed - the opportunity to take photos and for my daughter to have a close look at the aircraft – was much appreciated.
The footage from the two on-board cameras is brilliant!
