Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa的点评
点评：What an amazing experience we have had at the Chevin Spa.
As we have our wedding booked at the Chevin Lodge, we took advantage of the added bonus 'free access to spa facilities in the month leading up to the wedding' we booked our time slot and were given robes, slippers and towels on arrival. We went straight to the outdoor hot tub, which was so peaceful & relaxing next to the lake, and we really enjoyed watching the wildlife.
It surprised us how tame the squirrels were then, after hearing someone calling their names, (which we later learnt was an employee named Steve) our day got so much better!
He spent time talking to us, answering our questions, offering above and beyond the service we were expecting. He was absolutely brilliant, and even gave us some monkey nuts so we could hand feed the squirrels whilst sat in the hot tub.
We loved this so much we have even purchased a bag of monkey nuts to bring to our wedding so our guests can feed the squirrels as well.
Steve really made our experience so enjoyable, on top of the lovely spa facilities and peaceful environment.
We can't wait to come back, and have already recommended the spa to our friends.
