点评：We recently used Emira Travel Service for our airport transfers from Tunis Airport to our hotel in Skanes, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and stress-free.
What really amazed us was their exceptional care and kindness. My brother accidentally left his suitcase at Tunis Airport, which we only realized after reaching our hotel. We reached out to Fatiha from Emira Travel, and she was absolutely incredible. She coordinated everything effortlessly, arranging for the driver to return to Tunis, retrieve the suitcase, and personally deliver it back to our hotel the very next day—a journey that easily takes two hours each way!
The level of dedication and generosity they showed left us genuinely touched. The driver didn’t even ask for any compensation or extra payment for the return trip, which speaks volumes about their commitment to their clients and their genuine kindness.
We were blown away by this act of selflessness, and it’s a rare example of the honesty and integrity you hope to find when traveling. Thanks to Fatiha and the team at Emira Travel, we’re already planning our next trip to Tunisia.
