点评:I booked the Strasbourg full day wine tour for my mother’s 60th birthday this past April. We went to Strasbourg to pick up the tour and it ended up taking us a significant amount of time to find parking, this caused us to begin running late and as you would normally do we called the operator. The operator ended up calling the driver and told us the driver would wait until 9:15 for us to arrive even though the tour was meant to leave at 9. We found parking and sprinted to the arrival area where I met with the driver at exactly 9:12, the drive looked me dead in the eyes, stated “your late, and proceeded to close the van door in my face”. I begged and explained it was my mothers 60th and he didn’t have an ounce of remorse, then closed his door and drove off, the tour cost hundreds of euros, enough to go on a long weekend holiday.
When I explained the situation to the operator they told me I could book an uber and meet them at the first stop, I explained this would cost another hundred or so euros and they didn’t care, said it was my fault. I explained that we didn’t want to take part in the tour after the due to the actions of the driver and they refused to even consider refunds or service credit.
These are not good people, I would recommend finding another operator.
