More Than a Tour Guide- My Go To in Barbados

点评：I was first introduced to Omar through a Facebook travel group when someone recommended him as a reliable taxi driver and tour guide. I decided to take a chance and book with him during a trip home to Barbados in 2021—and we’ve been stuck ever since! 😂 Every time I return home, Omar is my go-to for transportation and tours, and over the years he has gone from being my tour guide to someone I’m happy to call a friend.
Omar is incredibly knowledgeable about Barbados, its history, culture, landmarks, and so many of the hidden gems that you may not discover on a typical island tour. That is one of the things that makes his tours so special. He knows the popular sights, but he also knows those beautiful off-the-beaten-path spots that give you a chance to experience another side of the island.
His tours are never rushed. You have time to enjoy each stop, take in the scenery, ask questions, and of course get plenty of pictures—and Omar is a great photographer too! 📸 He makes the experience fun and comfortable, and there’s usually some rum punch and other goodies along the way to keep the good vibes going. 🇧🇧🥃
Most importantly, Omar is patient, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. Whether I need transportation or want to explore more of Barbados, he is always the person I call.
After trusting Omar with my trips since 2021, I can confidently recommend him to anyone visiting Barbados and looking for more than just a driver.
