Really bad - DO NOT THINK IT'S RECOMMENDED TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

点评：Just asked a couple of questions about car availability and some basic fundamental questions (since there isn't much information on their site such as prices), I had some concerns about a proposed car thinking it may be too small so I asked if there were any other options available. After clarifications about the size of the suggested car, I was going to book, even if I was a bit confused about the last sentence on his response "Seems like options are not good enought for you" . I wasn't sure if he was being condencending or simply meant not good enough for our needs (note that he only proposed one car = Toyota Yaris, so it's not as if he offered many and we were being difficult). I responded as if I was going to rent and ask about how does it work at the airport (meeting), his reponse... "We are in business over 35 years and you seems to be a little uneasy. At this point I am not comfortalbe renting you". I definitively responsded to this one. This individual doens't know me. I did asked a couple of questions which were all basic / normal questions and I was never rude. I did many trips, met many people, our hosts always rated us a very good, quite and no problem. We are very down to earth people. I've been in sales before and I sincerely dislike people that are obnoxious and/or pretentious but, what i dislike even more and find completely innaceptable, is people that are DISRESPECFUL. Obviously, I won't be renting there. I am only writting this review in case other wonder which kind of service to expect form Kenny's rental. Given these kind of responses, I would be more than concern to deal with a company like this. Hardly can answer simple, normal questions, wondering how they would respond if we were stuck on the road somewhere with one of their cars.
