Nice, but jam packed.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park的点评
点评：The place is purely “alright”. I visited on 2/23/23, and my experience was ok but I probably won’t visit again.
The price, which was about 50 dollars after tax, fees, and socks. The fact you have to pay for socks is a turn off, but it’s only about 4 dollars.
I arrived and expected it to be moderately crowded, so I wanted to marathon the bumper cars. Not only was the place packed, the bumper cars only had 3 out of the 9 running. What?????
I paid for a reservation expecting it to be, again, somewhat busy but not too busy. I was wrong, because everything had a 30 minute wait. Some smaller attractions didn’t, but the zip line, ropes course, and bumper cars, which were the only things worth waiting for, all had 15-30 minute waits.
The bumper car line moved incredibly slowly. Running only 3 cars would be acceptable if it wasn’t too busy, but, as mentioned, the line took about 30 minutes.
Staff were fine, but some yelled at me to go in the zip line because I was confused and couldn’t hear them.
I can’t say anything about the food (we didn’t eat there) but it looked ok. My friend waited for a pretzel while I was on line for the ropes course and gave up after 15 minutes because the line wasn't moving.
With how you need to reserve online, I'd expect them to manage the crowds, but it was still incredibly busy regardless.
So, to conclude, the place was alright. If given a choice, I wouldn’t return. I only recommend it if you have a coupon or live nearby. Very disappointed about how my experience was.
