点评：I received gift cards from Total Wines for my birthday and wanted to use them in the Westbury store. When I got to the cashier, I was surprised to discover that the cards could not be used. It turns out that the gift cards were purchased in Florida and although they said Total Wine, the Westbury store could not accept them. I was told to call Customer Service in Maryland and they would mail me check. I spoke to a Manager and local Customer Service but they refused to budge, I had to pay with another method or leave. I did call and it took 2 weeks for me to get a call asking me to take photos of the gift cards and send them in. I am a 77 year old Vietnam veteran and cannot perform such a task. I am still waiting for something to happen. I think Total Wine cares nothing for their customer. I go in with valid Total Wine gift cards and they are refused and it is up to me to resolve it by making additional calls and submitting photos. They took the money in Florida and should make it right.
I will not be visiting Total Wine again and have made sure to spread the word that I think that Total Wine has very poor customer service.
