Discount Car Rental的点评
点评：My fiancé and I rented a two-door Jeep for nine days. While the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with, we encountered a few issues that made the experience less than ideal.
We chose this company based on a family recommendation, but we realized that renting on St. Thomas while staying on St. John is a risk. If any mechanical issues arise, you lose an entire day of your vacation shuttling back to St. Thomas for a resolution.
Unfortunately, we were given a vehicle with low tire pressure. I ended up having to refill the tire twice during our trip due to a slow leak, and the valve stem was missing its cap. It felt like a lack of basic maintenance and quality control. While the car itself ran well otherwise, having to manage a faulty tire on vacation shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. 3/5 stars.
