点评：We did Frozen in time as a family. The Room itself gets 4.5 stars for the quality of the puzzling, losing half a star for too many of the same type of lock. Place was clean and tidy.
The 3 star rating is based on the Escapologist's hint system. The rooms aren't mic'ed up so you can't ask your GM specific questions, and to add to that we had staff sickness which meant we didn't have a dedicated GM. So we lost time trying to show one of the physical puzzles had been broken (magnets had split and come loose) and and one point we were given a clue for a puzzle we had already solved, proving the GM wasn't watching. I realise staff numbers drop, but after this being the 3rd time I have been disappointed with the Escapologists GM'ing I really think they need to re- think the help system. Mic'ing the room means you get the answers you want not the one they think you want, and/or a dedicated GM who can follow your progress. Saying that the staff were all lovely and got it right 80% of the time. Might return but will consider elsewhere first.
