点评：Book your tickets online in advance—this includes entry, boating, camera fees, parking, and shuttle services. Arrive at the parking area at least 1 to 1.5 hours before your booked slot. After parking, head to the ticket counter with your online slip (printed or on your phone). They’ll scan it and direct you to the queue.
If you missed booking any tickets online, you can buy them at the parking counter—only card or UPI payments are accepted (no cash). Once scanned, your boat and seat numbers are allotted. Then, wait for the shuttle to take you into the reserve.
Inside, show your slip again at the lake counter to confirm your boat details. There are 3 large boats (upper and lower decks) and 3 small ones (lower deck only). The upper deck offers great views. Animal sightings vary—we saw bison, wild dogs, deer, and hogs, but no elephants.
The ride lasts about 1.5 hours, with a security guard on each boat. Stay seated and quiet; brief photo breaks are allowed. After the ride, you’ll have 5–10 minutes for photos near the lake before returning via shuttle. A small snack shop is available, or bring your own food and water. Please don’t litter.
You can also walk the 3–4 km trail back to the parking area, spotting deer and stopping at tea shops along the way.
