点评：I've been to many chocolate museums in many different countries, and I think the interactive experience here is possibly my very favorite. Starting with the chocolate sample box, you go at your own pace, lingering in each room however long you want. In each room you try one of the samples as you read about it. In the fourth room, you taste liquid dark, milk and white chocolate with the wood spoon in the box. The instructions encouraged you to taste as much as you like, and I must admit, I sampled a few of them more than once. Each room has interesting displays as well, so you can go quickly through or take your time and learn more about chocolate. I loved that ruby chocolate, which is rather new on the market, had it's own room and sample. It was hard to decide what to purchase in the gift shop, but the bulk bins gave the best bang for your buck.
