点评：We took This Is Life’s “Etna Walking Tour & Wine Tasting in Winery” from Taormina in late April 2026 on the third leg of a five week visit to Sicily. We found this highly rated small group tour on the Get Your Guide website and booked our spots nearly two months in advance. The tour lasted about seven hours and provided both pick-up from drop-off at our hotel in Taormina; transportation by van to Mt. Etna; an optional guided walk of over an hour which we would describe as more “moderate” than “easy’; a visit to a lava tunnel; and a generous and tasty lunch and wine-tasting at Patria Winery. Mt. Etna was literally moonscape-like desolate, punctuated by lingering patches of snow; the weather was sunny and warmer than we expected for late April. Overall it was a very good tour which met our expectations. ****
