Zoo Heidelberg的点评
点评：I have been to several amazing zoos, including the San Diego Zoo. However, the Heidelberg zoo is one of the best!! You're not swarmed with large crowds, and you are so close to the animals.
The diversity of animals is just amazing. You go from the elephant exhibit, where you feel the animals are close to you, to the next exhibit on bees!
There is also a very nice petting area with domestic farm animals, and an educational area on weather and other subjects with hands on exhibits. Also have a great exhibit on coastal birds.
Additionally, the zoo is set in beautiful surroundings with plants which are labeled in English and German with descriptions of the botany.
I spent between 3 and 4 hours there, and I did take my time and really enjoyed being able to sit quietly and watch the elephants move around. Prive was 16 euro for adults in July 24. A bargain!
The bus stop is right in front too.
