点评:Avoid this organisation if you can. On a recent ski holiday they treated us appallingly. After a 36 hour travel delay with very little communication they didn’t fulfill their commitments transferring us to the resort.
Some passengers were provided taxis but we waited three hours at the airport and were put on a bus. All other passengers were contacted by their rep and dropped off at their accommodation. We were last to be dropped off at about 10pm but the bus driver had not been given our hotel details and tried to drop us off at a resort further down the hill. We eventually persuaded her to take us further up the hill but were dropped off a 30 minute walk away from the hotel up a snowy and slippery road.
When we arrived the hotel reception was closed. We eventually got our keys to our room and the rep eventually contacted us. When we complained their response was not to apologise for their mistake but that ‘none of our customers are dropped directly at the hotel and it’s normally a 5-7 minute walk to your hotel’.
Avoid travelling with Crystal they don’t care about your wellbeing.
We also nearly missed the flight home as they didn't get us on the buses early enough, there is general lack of organisation and leadership when things go wrong
