点评:Avoid Crystal Ski at all costs. First time using this company and definitely 5e last. Everything is done via their app and if you need help while in the resort, nobody answers the phone. We pre-booked lift passes through Crystal. We were sent a QR code to redeem from a self serve machine. It wasn’t until our ski lesson commenced and we couldn’t access the ski lifts that Crystals error came to light. They had sent QR codes for the previous month. This error was admitted, by e-mail from Georgia Matthews a Crystal rep, along with profound apologies for her error and offer to reimburse us for our out of pocket expenses. We received an additional e-mail, again apologising and explaining how the error occurred. We have now been back in the Uk for almost a week and all communication with Crystal has been met with the standard “we are looking into this” response despite their e-mails offering reimbursement. Absolutely shocking service from what we believed to be a reputable company.
