Crystal ski的点评
点评：We're just home after our first trip with Crystal ski. We can't fault them. We had a slight flight delay on our way out due to staff sickness, but were informed immediately by airport check in staff and then via email.
On arrival our coach transfer was already there and only had to wait about 30 mins before leaving for resort. On arrival at resort our room was ready for us. Crystal staff called us 3 times during our trip just to check that all was ok and if we needed any assistance with anything. I've never had that level of service before and was very impressed. Crystal ski called us the night before departure to check that we were happy with arrangements and to tell us that breakfast would still be provided at the hotel, even though we were leaving at 4:45am. The coach transfer was on time and transfer went smoothly. Check in at the airport was fab and flight left on time. Can't fault our experience with Crystal ski and would recommend.
