点评：Crystal have just changed our ski holiday, five months after we booked it and five months before we depart. They have changed our resort and the new accommodation doesn't have ski in-out which was a key feature of our booking. We suggested that they make 'amends' for these quite material changes (which have come about by their business decision, not a force of nature) by slightly upgrading our appartment, but they refused. Apparently the new accomodation has access to a sauna - but that is not something we look for in a ski holiday with ski in-out. They say they are within their rights to do this - perhaps they are, but it is very bad faith. As we are five months down the line from when we booked, there is very little choice left for us to go elsewhere. We have lost all trust that they care at all about our holiday - clearly we are just commodities.
