点评:We booked this skiing holiday on the understanding that the whole resort would be open. We arrived on December 7th 2025 to find the complete opposite. Out of 15 slopes, including 8 blue runs that my kids—both beginners—were excited to try, only 1 red slope and 1 blue training slope were actually open.
We’re now four days into the holiday, and they’ve only just opened one more red slope. That’s it.
Crystal Ski’s response?
They told us, “More than 10% of the slopes are open, so we can’t do anything.”
But 10% of 15 slopes is LESS than two slopes. So they knew full well the resort was nowhere near fully open, yet still sold us this holiday as if it was.
This is my kids’ first ever skiing trip. They’re 12, excited, and beginners—and there has been almost nothing available for them. We’re here for seven days and it’s been an absolute joke. I will never forgive Crystal Ski for the horrible experience they’ve given us.
The ski resort is absolutely beautiful but thays not the point.
