A shamefully bad experience by Portaventura, we will never return. 1 star is generous.

点评：Portaventura Caribe, what have you become?!? We had a horrendous visit today. The park was literally bursting st the seems with people, so much so that I managed just 1 water-slide. I've never seen such overcrowding at the rides, food stalls, lockers, everywhere. Furthermore, you need to have a discussion with your lifeguards. They are oppressive in the extreme. As a paying customer, I don't appreciate the constant harangue of whistles blowing and lifeguards literally leaving their post to tell people off for wearing sunglasses. Are they lifeguards or an enforcement team, I'd hate to be drowning! Customer service is non-existent, security are forcefully abrupt, food is horrible and limited. Portaventura Caribe has now run its course, we will never return as its clear that the sole focus now is revenue generation, at the cost of a customer experience or anything that resembles a good day out on holiday. Shameful, avoid at all costs.
