Honestly, I did not expect such a quick response, but to my surprise, I received a WhatsApp message within just one hour from Miss Ammu.
From the very beginning until the final submission of the visa application, Miss Ammu communicated with exceptional politeness and professionalism. I was not fully aware of the required document list or how to prepare the necessary letters, but she patiently guided me through the entire process. She even provided the correct formats for the required letters, which made everything much easier and stress-free.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Jinu, who was equally kind and helpful during my mother’s document submission. His support and friendly approach were truly appreciated.
