点评：Lovely. Rustic, hospitable. Feels like a visit to a family friend's farm in the country. We loved the vintage details, the honking geese, the gorgeous culinary garden, outstanding service and great wines. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees throughout the property and I must say a very comfortable and spacious bed. Three of the staff really stood out-
Try the wine pairing dinner for really unique food and wine combinations. Our sommelier Bruna was a winner!! Very knowledgeable about the wine and also why these unusual pairs would please. She has a real sense of guest hospitality and an enthusiasm for helping you get the most from your experience as does Evelyn on the waitstaff.
A huge shout out to Maria Jesus for the biodynamics tour of the vineyards and winery. Depth of knowledge, breath of knowlege. A very real engagement not a "by rote" tour speech. Answered so many questions not even related to the wine from all the animals we're seeing to insights culturally. Great relaxed and fun tour and tasting.
Hotel was very accommodating about letting us leave our bags as we explored the nearby beaches. Just be prepared to relax, rest, and slow down- we plan to bring back friends next year.
