点评:My wife and I had come from Manchester to visit family, and since my wife is a big fan of the Beatles we decided to visit The Beatles Story during our stay.
But what we saw as we were approaching to enter was some absolutely appalling behaviour from what looked like the manager on shift.
The manager. A blonde woman, berating members of staff for having the audacity to kindly help an elderly couple carry a mobility scooter down the stairs to the entrance.
It was an absolutely disgusting display of behaviour in front of everyone, staff and customers alike. She was aggressive, condescending, belittling and completely unprofessional. She spoke to those two lads like they were less than dirt on the soles of her shoes. It was completely uncalled for.
It soured our impression of The Beatles Story and we made the decision to avoid the site.
If this is the type of person and behaviour that is rewarded here then it is clear that your wellbeing is an inconvenience and you are at best tolerated.
I would recommend to those reading, to visit The Liverpool Beatles Museum on Matthew Street instead.
We did and had a delightful time.
