A wonderful family day canoeing Loch Morar
River to Sea Scotland的点评
点评：I contacted @rivertoseascotland because we were coming up to Arisaig on holiday and I wanted to give the kids a unique experience on the water and the canoe Loch Morar day trip sounded perfect.
Upon booking via the website, Laura responded quickly to confirm the booking and provide essential information. The weather forecast for the day wasn’t great so we mutually agreed to change to another day. Laura confirmed our meeting point and we arrived for 10am with two very excited children.
Laura was the perfect host and soon put us all at ease, assisted by Max who stayed back at base.
I’d opted for a bbq lunch as I thought the kids would love the idea of eating burgers on a very remote island and this worked perfectly with Laura providing everything needed to cook the burgers I brought.
The highlight of the trip was seeing white-tailed sea eagles soaring over us from one of the islands we circled around. They are such beautiful animals and being so close whilst sitting in a canoe was truly an awesome experience and one that we will always remember.
Laura was fantastic at engaging with the kids and making the day fun, giving them responsibility as our sea captains and providing them with fun toys such as the water soakers.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend River To Sea to anyone looking for an exclusive canoe and kayaking experience for larger group bookings, couples looking for a more personalised feel or families looking to give the kids a special treat and make memories to last a lifetime.
We certainly had a wonderful day making memories which is priceless. Thank you Laura and Max. May your business go from strength to strength 😊.
