点评:I can't believe how bad this place is. Being disabled I could not do the time entry slot which would be £19 instead I had to pay £33 so me and my sister could arrive anytime. When we arrived we were met by two girls who were not very pleasant and clearly didn't want to be there. My sister asked about a leaflet, but was abruptly told it's online only. The first area you go to are the Penguins, omg what a sorry state, there was no natural light, they looked sad in such a small space. You then walked through to some tanks, where there was too many fish in them. Most of the smaller tanks were empty. When we got to the Otters we wanted to cry. There was again no natural light, there was nothing in the water, no plants, no nothing. The Otters and Penguins need to be rehomed to a place that they can live and thrive. When you see the advert for the walk under tunnel, it looks long and beautiful WRONG. It's no longer than roughly 12 feet and hardly anything in it. There was no clear points for emergency exits in case of fire or anything else happens. They have stuff up about conservation to help awareness, but nothing telling you how they spend the money, which clearly is not used on the upkeep of the building of the animals in their care.
