A fin-tastic visit and Otterly amazing day!

点评：On 02/08, I visited the Birmingham Sea Life Centre with my mum for the first time in over 10 years, and we were absolutely amazed by the experience. The exhibits were fantastic, with an impressive variety of animals on display. We especially loved the otters — they were incredibly cute and playful, even though we arrived quite late in the day.
Every staff member we encountered was thoughtful, attentive, and friendly, which really added to the overall experience. However, we’d like to give a special shout-out to Captain Greybeard. He was absolutely outstanding and made our visit truly unforgettable. He shared some fascinating facts with us about the Archerfish — particularly how they’ve learned to leap from the water because other fish started anticipating their shots — and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our day.
Captain Greybeard’s passion, knowledge, and friendliness left a lasting impression, and we’re so grateful for the time he took to engage with us. He’s a real credit to the Sea Life Centre, and we hope this message can be passed on to him as a thank-you.
We left with the fondest memories, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff who made the day so special. Thank you all!
