点评：We have been here several times and love it. We think it’s important to learn as much about a country’s history/culture when visiting. Every time we come here we learn something new. I would recommend getting a guided tour as there is so much history here that you need an expert.
We usually arrange a trip through the tour operator as you get picked up and dropped off at the hotel.
Be prepared as it is quite a long day and a lot of walking is involved so wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking around an ancient ruin not going on a night out to a club!!!
And i don’t recommend this for todays kids. There is nothing to keep their ultra short attention spans happy. And their constant moaning about “being bored” ruins it for other people.
This is a truly lovely place. And trying to imagine what it looked like when it was originally built can be a challenge.
There are refreshments available in the small cafe but it gets very busy and they are pricey.
I would suggest getting an organised tour as i think it would be difficult to get to otherwise.
The history is fascinating and well worth learning.
Would recommend for most people.
