More than a getaway. It’s like you’ve travelled back in time in a very good way.

点评：Your experience at Mount Ephraim depends completely on what you want. It’s secluded. It’s a 16th century estate. It is surrounded by magnificent gardens, Dawes orchards and a view of the channel from floor 1 on clear days. The large bed is comfortable and clean. The WC is updated with the most modern shower, bath, towel warmer. If you want more than water, tea, coffee, bring your own. The tea room is open during the day for lunch/tea. Check the schedule. It’s 10-15 minutes by car from most restaurants, grocery stores or other amenities. The restaurants we visited were terrific. You can walk all around and take in the amazing property. WiFi is spotty and slow. No refrigerator in the rooms. If you need luxury, this is not luxurious. If you desire clean, peaceful, remote, nature, safe, relaxing, it might be the place.
