点评：We booked through Machu Pichu reservations and joined this tour group. We went to Manu for 4 days 3 nights. Our guide was Marcus who made the trip seamless and was very knowledgeable. He was enthusiastic and keen yo find all sorts of creatures for us to see. The roads are bumpy due to rain fall and once we were of the boat the walk to the lodge was through thick mud/swamp. It all added to the experience. The lodge was basic but comfortable and food excellent.
Machu pichu Reservations told us not to take swim wear but we had the option to swim in river if wanted.
You only need a small back pack. Unfortunately 2 people took large suitcases and could not carry them which meant guides and helpers had to carry them. This should have been made clear at time of booking what to take.
Night walks were very interesting as was the whole trip. A big thank you to Marcus and his chef and staff at the lodges. We had the best time.
