点评：As a man with multiple Art degrees and having visited all the Gugg’s across the world, this one has probably the most ‘attractive location’ but poorest collection. Artwork curation is small for the main collection, with the special / visiting exhibition getting a larger than usual amount of space.
I found staff to be helpful (they seem to get bad press on here) but the collection, space in which it is shown off is sub standard. I feel the space and building is underwhelming and underutilised as an art space, especially when compared to other Gugg’s.
Price point is fine and let me big up the cafe, the food was fantastic, seriously good to be honest. You might fill 40mins walking round the collection and then another 1hr in the cafe…but overall, left feeling that should have been far more inspirational.
