Noise ruined it

点评：This place is gorgeous with a restaurant and restrooms.
We turned up for the tour, ended up waiting a couple of hours due to low tide...which never came back up. Because of this, staff took us to the outer ocean end. The area and mangroves are so beautiful.
The staff did their best for us to see fireflies, which we did, BUT it all went downhill very quickly.
So I came here for the experience and to be one with nature, which includes nature's silence and sounds. Upon boarding boats, some woman was facetiming on speaker phone and being really loud and disruptive. Staff didn't tell her to shut it off. Then, the staff controlling the boats were talking really loudly, thus setting the tone for others to make noise. On top of this, staff were absolutely belting the sh!t out of the boat with oars to wake up plankton. The entire activity was horrible and extremely stressful for me. I couldn't wait to get off the boat. So much so I was getting close to jumping overboard.
I head to nature for peace, not chaos and noise. Such a shame.
All in all though, I'd like to hope this was an isolated one off. I would still encourage people to go. The knowledge gained through the education induction is priceless. Understanding our environment helps us protect it.
