All day Bird watching tour with Andrea and Diego Nunez

点评：We spent all day birding with Diego and Andrea Nunez. The morning was a land tour with both guides. In the afternoon Andrea took us out for a tour of the lagoon on a motor boat.
The is an excellent operation for serious birders. Both Andrea and Diego have a deep knowledge and appreciation for this amazing bioreserve.
They are flexible and easily changed their schedule to accommodate some last minute changes. We liked their pace and attitude, which was not to rush or count species. Rather, we got a great introduction to the site observed many species from the vehicle and by foot.
The highlight was the afternoon boat tour with Andrea. Her English was good and she has a deep knowledge of the local birds, their calls and behavior. We loved the fact she was excited about all the species, not just rare birds or target species.
Andrea’s observational skills are outstanding. While she used call back sometimes, she did not over do it. While our tour was scheduled for 4 hrs, she had no problems extending the time so we experienced the beautiful sunset on the return journey. She is one of the best guides we have had, and she is the first female guide in the area . Thank you Andrea 🙏🏾
