点评:This museum was adorable but it was very light on content. Cute Peanuts memorabilia and comic strips abound with a bit of context or thoughts from the author but much more could have been done. Very little details about Schulz, who he was, how he got started, no sketch books or note pads on display. Pictures of his studio- why not recreate the space? Give us some historical context, some letters from fans and things he wrote back. We live here so it was fine for a little Sunday outing but if you have flown here from afar, do not spend the time to go forty minutes outside of city center to do this. It felt like it had been set up with too much focus on Instagram worthy pictures vs learning.
Other suggestions: could also offer for an additional fee a short film talking about Schulz’s work and clips from the various holiday specials and movies; or Maybe a listening booth for some of the guaraldi tracks and his work on the films. All in all, cute but lacking.
