Nice morning outing despite the Fire Ban!

点评：I will say off the top that I am unable to give a true review of my trip on the gondola because it took place just after the fire ban was put in place and the woods were off limits. Because of this, I was unable to access the trails or activities at the top. The gondola ride itself was good and the views fantastic but like another reviewer stated, the glass is scratched so it comprises the view a bit. At the top, I was able to grab a beer from the kiosk and sit and relax on a viewing platform overlooking the mountains and ocean. One of the things that disappointed me was the lack of bathrooms at the top but with a day pass, you can go up and down the mountain as much as you want and there are bathrooms in the main lodge at the bottom. I was also disappointed that I was unable to get a straight answer as to whether the e-biking and kayaking was included in the day pass price. If this is the case and it's all included, I will definitely go back in the fall after the fire ban is lifted and spend a day there kayaking, hiking and biking. If it's not included, than I find the price a little expensive for just a gondola ride and nothing else.
