点评：So my wife and I go to Dave & Busters every Wednesday for the half price games. Been doing this quite some time (she still cant beat me at auto-racing lol). Last Wednesday, I said let's take a walk to Apex Entertainment, so we did. The place was a ghost town, eerie really as D & B's was packed big time. We were just standing around, looking at the enormity of the facility. A very pleasant waitress came up to us and explained that on Wednesdays, they offer $1 burgers and $1 beer can's. So I suggested we give them a try next week. Today was that day. It's a seat yourself situation, so we picked a table that was relatively quiet. Sat for about 10 minutes, nobody came over. My wife then asks the bartender how we are supposed to order food, she said she would have someone head right over. Well another 10 minutes went by, and finally a waiter apologized for the delay, super nice and friendly person. So we verified the $1 burger deal was real, it was, I asked to add cheese to the burgers, in which the waiter said it would be a small bit extra. No problem. I also somewhat ordered the $6 sweet potato fries, as most times they are either raw or burnt. After about another ten minutes, our food was delivered. Nice looking burgers! Incredible looking sweet potato fries! We both dug into the fries, and were blown away! We are sweet potato fry snobs, so harsh judges of them. They were incredibly crispy on the outside, nice and soft and fluffy on the inside, and the seasoning applied to them is just plain ridiculously awesome. Now to the burgers, legit 1/4 lb beef patty, perfectly melted cheese, tomato and lettuce. First bite, wow, this tastes like what I would make at home, very good all American burger! For 10 bucks, we will be back every Wednesday for sure. Left an appropriate $6 tip, thanked all 3 employees for the great experience, and will be back.
