Arrogant, Disrespectful, and Absolutely Unprofessional

点评：I had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival, I was denied entry with the excuse that I was wearing sneakers — something they never mentioned during the booking. My sneakers were clean and completely appropriate. Meanwhile, other guests looking almost homeless, wearing filthy, run-down sneakers, were being let in without an issue.
When I asked for the manager, things only got worse. He had zero professionalism or sense of customer service. Instead of showing respect, he blamed us for the situation. No apology, no effort to fix anything — just pure arrogance. We felt completely humiliated and chose to leave on our own.
To make matters worse, they later sent a message saying our reservation was “canceled,” instead of owning up to their behavior or at least pretending to care.
This place has no class, no standards, and no idea how to treat people. There are so many better places where you're treated with respect and hospitality. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and embarrassed.
