A Baisa’s Adventures的点评
点评：I was fortunate enough to spend a Day with Baisa
on my recent trip to Jaipur.
We started our adventure by sharing delicious Thali and then headed out in a Tuk Tuk to the outskirts of the city to view the astonishing cenotaph, Gatore Ki Chhatryian, where Mallyka, (Baisa of the title!) told me the history of the family including personal accounts.
Mallyka had asked me previously where my interests lay and accordingly, took me to some of the best spice and tea retailers (my nose was overwhelmed with all the wonderful aromas!); the leather producers and the fabric retailers. So much choice but no pressure to buy.
Mallyka is a wonderful guide and host. She is passionate about the locality of Rajasthan and her worthy heritage.
Whatever your interest, she will find relevant venues to keep you curious and entertained.
I can highly recommend a Day with Baisa if you are visiting Rajasthan.
Thank you Mallyka for such an entertaining and informative day - it was such a pleasure spending time with you and I will be back for more as soon as possible!
