点评：Gifted via Spa Breaks. I am a novice to spas. Good and bad experience for me.
Didn't receive my "welcome drink" that was asked for - was told it would be brought to me but never was.
I had a facial booked with Tammy that was very nice and I felt comfortable and happy with that experience.
I didn't try the sauna or steam rooms, but did use the pool and hot tub - the hot tub was missing a couple of ceramic tiles, leaving sharp edges.
At first glance it seemed clean but upon closer inspection there was rubbish left in changing cubicles, used towels piled up in the changing area and near to where I sat a table was left with remains of someone's lunch left on the table for just over 2 hours before being cleared down.
My booked cream tea and drink arrived at the time nominated. The coffee was good, sandwiches were dry edged. Scones were good.
I would gladly return for the treatments but not necessarily for the cream tea experience. A little bit more attention to detail needed. I would have scored higher if I had received the promised welcome drink and maybe a little more time taken as it was very clear I had never been to a spa before.
