2 There were no scones, despite us being told by the waitress that they were in the oven (and so we waited for ages, for nothing).
3 The wait for our food (tuna baguettes and a sandwich) was at least an hour.
4 It took at least 20 minutes for our drinks to come out.
5 When the tuna baguettes arrived, the layer of tuna was so thin it was almost invisible. I then said this to the waitress, who replied (with a very irritated expression and attitude) "what do you want me to do about that?" Gobsmacked does not quite express our feeling.
6 We had to wait at the counter for at least ten minutes to be served.
The poor service cannot be adequately described by a written review. It was beyond laughable, quite embarrassing, and very disappointing.
It was as if we had to beg for service and attention. Please don't ruin your day or waste your money.
